A Girl and Her Journal began as a little place to write the types of posts I was looking for when beginning as an art journaler; it is said those who teach learn and retain the most, and I wanted to create a little archive of all I'd learned since beginning art back in the fall of 2005.
I began journaling in a Moleskine and five months after, I was a featured artist on Moleskinerie.
Ever since that initial exposure, I've been visual journaling and sharing my discoveries on the 'net.
In August of 2007, I launched the 'zine Page by Page, a small magazine devoted to visual journaling. It is now in it's second issue with fans around the world.
I hope to help, inspire, and spill paint with those looking to discover themselves through journaling. :)
